The DMC Forged Carbon Fiber Front Headlight Inserts are a precision-crafted exterior upgrade for the McLaren 720S and 765LT Coupe & Spider, designed to sharpen the front-end appearance while preserving the factory OEM aesthetic.

While the McLaren 720S features elegant and flowing lines, its front lighting area can appear visually understated compared to earlier, more aggressive McLaren designs. DMC addresses this with forged carbon headlight inserts that retain the original shape and fitment, but elevate the overall look with a more motorsport-inspired and aggressive carbon finish—without looking aftermarket.

Each insert is manufactured from lightweight, high-strength forged carbon fiber, produced using vacuum infusion technology for exceptional rigidity, accuracy, and surface quality. Once removed from the mold, every component undergoes strict inspection, lacquer application, hand and machine polishing, and is finally sealed with high-content Carnauba wax from DMC’s partner, Race Glaze, for enhanced protection and durability.

This is a direct replacement upgrade. The factory headlight units must be removed to install the carbon inserts. Installation is relatively straightforward; however, professional installation is strongly recommended. Estimated installation time is approximately 80 minutes.
