Most aftermarket companies use 2×2 twill weave carbon fiber like what is found on Lamborghini and Audi. Novitec also defaults to the 2×2 twill weave. Ferrari uses 1×1 plain weave carbon from the factory. Now Exotica Motorsports can custom order parts from Novitec in the Ferrari plain weave to match your factory carbon parts. The last image shown on this page is the comparison of 1×1 plain weave and 2×2 twill weave. 1×1 plain weave may add additional time to your order since this option will be custom built.
