This Is What the Lamborghini Urus Performante Should Have Looked Like From the Factory

When Lamborghini introduced the Performante variant of the facelifted Urus, enthusiasts expected a wild, track-focused evolution of the brand’s bestselling SUV — something that would instantly stand apart from the standard model. Yet, when it finally arrived, the differences were subtle enough that most could easily mistake it for the slightly tamer Urus S. The styling was sharper, sure, but not the aggressive, fire-breathing beast enthusiasts had imagined.

That’s where the aftermarket world steps in — and while many tuners have tried to push the Urus Performante further, few have done it with true taste. Enter Novitec, whose latest creation, the Urus Performante Esteso, transforms Lamborghini’s super SUV into what many would argue it should have looked like straight from Sant’Agata Bolognese.

At first glance, you’d think this SUV rolled out of a video game: it’s wider, meaner, and visually explosive. The muscular fender flares, extended side skirts, front apron, and rear ducktail spoiler give the Urus Performante Esteso a dominating road presence. Despite its exaggerated appearance, Novitec’s design integrates seamlessly with Lamborghini’s factory lines — enhancing rather than overwhelming them. Even the OEM hood, roof-mounted wing, and bumpers blend perfectly with the new carbon-fiber components.

The Urus sits lower to the ground thanks to a revised suspension setup and rides on forged Vossen wheels, finished in black to complement the stealthy gray exterior. Small black accents highlight the aerodynamic features, adding a tactical, almost militaristic edge to its design — a look that feels purpose-built to take on rivals like the Ferrari Purosangue and Aston Martin DBX707.

Inside, Novitec keeps things restrained yet luxurious. Black leather and suede dominate the cabin, stitched with white contrast thread, accented by red highlights and an Italian tricolor on the steering wheel. The “Performante” logo embroidered into the seatbacks reminds occupants that this is no ordinary SUV. While the interior shown may retain Lamborghini’s stock layout, Novitec offers extensive customization options for those seeking something truly bespoke.

Power likely hasn’t been ignored either. Previous Esteso builds have produced up to 771 horsepower (575 kW / 728 PS) and 716 lb-ft (1,032 Nm) of torque — a healthy leap from the stock Performante’s 657 hp (490 kW / 666 PS) and 627 lb-ft (850 Nm). With tuning, expect 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) in roughly 3.1 seconds and a top speed nudging 311 km/h (193 mph).

The Novitec Urus Performante Esteso isn’t just another aftermarket exaggeration. It’s the version Lamborghini enthusiasts wished had left the factory — aggressive, unapologetic, and unmistakably exotic.
